Hi, I'm Joimary — and this is personal.
The woman in the photo is me. I'm the owner of Joy Travel Bus Excursions — and I'm also the travel agent who personally plans every single trip.
When you book with us, you are not dealing with a call center or a confirmation number. You are dealing with me. I answer the phone. I organize every detail. And on travel day, I'm there making sure everything goes smoothly.

Our groups are families, church members, and friends from Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut, and so many of our travelers come back trip after trip — bringing someone new every time.
