What is not included?
Meals, personal expenses, and travel insurance (recommended but optional).

How do the room prices work?
Prices are per person and depend on how many people share the hotel room: Single Occupancy (1 person per room) $799, Double Occupancy (2 people per room) $599, Triple Occupancy (3 people per room) $549.

How much is the deposit?
A $100 non-refundable deposit per person reserves your seat.

When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance is due on July 21, 2027.

What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel free of charge up to 60 days before departure. The $100 deposit per person is non-refundable.

How long is the bus ride?
The drive from Granby, MA to Lancaster, PA is about 6 hours, with comfort stops along the way.
