JONAH Lancaster Trip – Policies & Terms

Trip policies for our JONAH at Sight & Sound Theatre package — 3-day bus trip to Lancaster, PA, September 21–23, 2027, departing from Granby, MA.

Reservations & payment

• A $100 deposit per person reserves your seat. Choose your occupancy when you book: Single ($799 total), Double ($599 per person), Triple ($549 per person).
• The remaining balance is due by July 21, 2027. We will contact you with easy payment options well before the deadline.
• Reservations are confirmed when your deposit is received.

Cancellation & refunds

• Your $100 deposit is non-refundable.
• Any balance you have paid is fully refundable if you cancel before July 21, 2027.
• After July 21, 2027, payments are non-refundable, but your seat may be transferred to another person at no charge — just let us know the new traveler's name.
• If we must cancel the trip, you receive a full refund of everything paid.

Departure

• The charter bus departs from Joy Travel Agency, 216 W State St, Granby, MA. Free, secure parking is available at our location.
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. The exact departure time will be emailed to all booked passengers before the trip.
• The bus departs on time — we cannot wait for late passengers or refund missed departures.

On the bus

• No smoking or alcohol on the bus. Please keep noise reasonable so everyone enjoys the ride.
• Seats are assigned in booking order unless you request otherwise.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance is not included but is recommended for a multi-day trip. Ask us and we'll point you to options.
